Thanks for a great Market Season, it has been a Blast!

Market Season 2023
During the summer months, and starting with the May Long Weekend, 20 May,
you will find us again every Saturday morning, from 9.30 am until sold out,
in front of Circle Cafe+Market (Frater courtyard, next to AG Valley Foods)

When only the Best will do:
December ’21: Our very unique hand crafted Grain Mill, comes from the Ost Tirol in Austria. After lengthy delays it finally arrived just in time for the busy Christmas baking season.
All whole grains are milled freshly every week at our bakery. This mill has an especially big grinding stone, again handcrafted, and this allows for Andi to grind his whole grain flour at a very slow speed. This guarantees optimum flour quality as it preserves even more (basically all) nutrients and vitamins than his old grain mill.

Bakery Fall Closure

Usually, the bakery is closed from mid October for a few weeks.

Andi needs to get wood for the oven before the snow flies……
Each week he is pre-heating the oven with at least 4 fires, lets the wood burn down completely each time, puts in another load of wood, etc.  until the oven reaches a temperature that allows him to bake all night.
